We now know more about the new "Matrix" sequel. 


Deadline reported that Warner Bros. (owned by CNN's parent company) announced footage and titles at CinemaCon. 


According to the publication, the trailer for "The Matrix: Resurrection" includes Neal Patrick Harris as a therapist talking to Keanu Reeves' Neo, and Neo discovers that humans are trapped in a simulated reality called The Matrix In, and he is the doomed champion who can help liberate them.


 The film also starred Kelly-Anne Moss, Jada Pinkett Smith and Yahya Abdul-Martin II. 


When the trailer for the movie directed by Lana Wachowski will be available for public viewing, there is no news yet. 


The film is scheduled to be released on December 22.
