The IRS has been published online to enter payment information and check status of incentive checks on April 15. The app is called Get My Payment.

The Get My Payment tool allows taxpayers to check the status of incentive payments and confirm whether funds arrive via direct deposit or paper check . It is usually faster to receive your money by direct deposit than paying  checks , although the IRS begins sending mail checks by mail in the week of April 20 . You can also enter new bank information if your direct deposit account does not already exist .
